Fundraising Organizer Policy
This Fundraising Organizer Policy covers all mobile and web applications developed by FeatsClub Inc. These include FeatsClub, FeatsNow, and FeatsClub white-labeled applications (including, without limitation, SevaGlobal), regardless of the branding under which they are offered to end users. This Policy includes provisions of general applicability, as well as provisions specific to organizations located in the United States and organizations located in India; where a country-specific provision applies to you, it supplements, and does not replace, the general provisions of this Policy.
Last Modified: July 13, 2026
As a platform that enables fundraising by registered organizations, FeatsClub requires organizers to review and adhere to the following terms before launching a fundraising campaign. These guidelines ensure transparency, compliance, and responsible use of FeatsClub’s platform.
Organizer Verification and Compliance Requirements
Verification: All organizers must complete FeatsClub’s verification process, which includes validating the organization’s identity, legal status, and mission.
Compliance with Local Laws: Organizers are solely responsible for ensuring that all fundraising activities comply with relevant local, state, and national regulations in their jurisdiction.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance: FeatsClub reserves the right to perform additional verification on organizations to meet anti-fraud and KYC standards, including requesting legal documents and background information if necessary.
Processing Charges and Configurations
Understanding Processing Charges
Organizations acknowledge that processing charges apply to all donations processed through FeatsClub. These charges include FeatsClub’s operational costs and fees from third-party payment facilitators. Organizations must review these charges prior to campaign launch.
Absorbing or Passing on Fees
Organizations can choose to either absorb these processing charges themselves or configure the settings to have donors cover the additional cost. FeatsClub provides the necessary settings for organizations to make this choice transparently during the campaign setup process.
On-Behalf Campaigns
FeatsClub allows users to launch “on-behalf” campaigns with the organization’s permission. However, both FeatsClub and the organization reserve the right to terminate any on-behalf campaign that is found to be misaligned with the organization’s mission or platform guidelines.
Recipient of Funds and Payment Processing
The Organization, not FeatsClub, is the recipient of funds raised through its campaigns. FeatsClub is a technology service provider that facilitates fundraising on the Organization’s behalf and does not itself solicit, own, or control donated funds.
Donations to Organizations located in the United States are processed through Stripe, and donations to Organizations located in India are processed through a separate, India-based payment infrastructure, as described further in the India-Specific Terms section below. In both cases, FeatsClub does not pool or hold donated funds: at the time of each transaction, a split-payment mechanism routes the Organization’s share directly to the Organization’s own connected account, with only FeatsClub’s processing fee retained in FeatsClub’s account. There is no separate payout or transfer step in which FeatsClub holds an Organization’s funds before disbursing them.
For certain FeatsClub white-labeled deployments, donations may instead be facilitated through a payment aggregator account designated and controlled by the applicable white-label promoter or partner, rather than FeatsClub’s own aggregator account. Any such arrangement is disclosed in a supplemental addendum specific to that deployment, such as the SevaGlobal addendum below.
Campaign Responsibilities
Campaign Purpose and Accuracy
Organizers are required to provide a clear, accurate description of their campaign’s purpose, goals, and intended use of funds. Misrepresentation of campaign details is strictly prohibited.
Use of Funds
Funds raised through FeatsClub must be used exclusively for the stated purpose of the campaign. Any misuse of funds may result in investigation, sanctions, and potential termination of the organizer’s account.
Transparency with Donors
Organizers must maintain transparency with donors by providing updates on the campaign’s progress and the allocation of funds, especially for campaigns that reach significant milestones or change in scope.
Nonprofit Status and Tax Receipts
Organizations that collect donations as a nonprofit (such as a US 501(c)(3), an Indian 12A/12AB-registered entity, or equivalent status in another jurisdiction) are solely responsible for maintaining their tax-exempt status and for issuing valid tax receipts to donors. FeatsClub does not verify tax-exempt status and does not issue tax receipts on behalf of organizations.
Consequences for Policy Violations
Investigation Process
FeatsClub will investigate any reports of policy violations, including fund misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation. The organizer agrees to cooperate fully with any requests for information during the investigation.
Sanctions and Account Termination
If an organizer is found to be in violation of FeatsClub’s policies, FeatsClub reserves the right to impose sanctions, including temporary suspension or permanent termination of the organization’s account. Violations may also be reported to legal authorities if deemed necessary.
Dispute Resolution and Refund Process
Donor Disputes
In cases where donors raise concerns or disputes, FeatsClub encourages organizers to address these directly with the donor. FeatsClub may facilitate communication but is not responsible for handling refunds or managing dispute outcomes.
Refund Policy
All donations are final. Organizers are expected to honor their commitments to donors as outlined in the campaign. If an organizer chooses to offer refunds, it is solely at their discretion and not facilitated by FeatsClub.
Privacy and Data Security
Confidentiality of Donor Information
Organizers must respect donor privacy and agree not to misuse or share donor information outside the scope of the campaign without explicit consent.
Data Protection Compliance
Organizers are required to adhere to applicable data protection laws when handling donor information, including the GDPR and CCPA where applicable, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where applicable.
Adherence to FeatsClub Terms of Use for Organizations
In addition to this Fundraising Policy, all organizations must adhere to FeatsClub’s Terms of Use for Organizations, agreed to at the time of registration. Violations of these Terms of Use may result in account suspension or termination.
Modification of Terms
FeatsClub reserves the right to modify this policy. Organizers will be notified of any updates, and it is their responsibility to review and comply with current terms for continued use of the platform.
Liability and Indemnification
Indemnity
By using FeatsClub’s platform, organizers agree to hold FeatsClub harmless from any disputes, legal issues, or financial claims that may arise from their fundraising activities.
Waiver of Liability
FeatsClub does not assume responsibility for the fundraising activities of organizers and disclaims liability for the mismanagement or misuse of funds by any organization on its platform.
Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Chesterfield, Missouri, in accordance with the governing law clause in FeatsClub’s Terms of Use for Organizations.
India-Specific Terms
This section applies to Organizations located in India, and to donors contributing to such Organizations, and supplements, rather than replaces, the rest of this Policy.
Contracting Entity and Grievance Officer
For activity occurring in India, FeatsClub is represented by FeatsClub India Private Limited. Grievances relating to this Policy may be submitted to:

Payment Gateway for Donations to India Organizations
Donations to Organizations located in India are processed through an India-based payment gateway, regardless of the donor’s location. Donors, including those located outside India, contributing to an Organization in India will be directed through this India payment gateway to complete their donation.
Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (FCRA)
Organizations located in India that receive contributions from a foreign source — including donors located outside India, foreign nationals, or foreign entities, regardless of which payment gateway processes the transaction — may be subject to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (“FCRA”). FCRA generally requires such Organizations to hold valid FCRA registration or prior permission from the Government of India, and to receive foreign contributions only into a designated FCRA bank account. Organizations are solely responsible for their own compliance with FCRA and any other applicable Indian law governing the receipt of foreign contributions.
Nonprofit Tax Status in India
Indian Organizations seeking income tax exemption on donations received, and seeking to enable donors to claim a tax deduction, are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own 12A/12AB registration (tax-exempt status) and 80G registration (donor tax-deduction eligibility), in addition to FCRA registration where applicable. FeatsClub does not verify any of these registrations and does not issue tax receipts on behalf of Organizations.
Consumer and Data Protection
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any right an Organization or donor in India may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, or other applicable Indian law, that cannot be waived or excluded by agreement.
Addendum: SevaGlobal
This addendum applies specifically to the SevaGlobal white-labeled deployment of FeatsClub, and supplements, rather than replaces, the rest of this Policy, including the India-Specific Terms above.
For SevaGlobal, donations are facilitated by Aarogya Seva (the “Promoter”) through Aarogya Seva’s own payment aggregator account, rather than through FeatsClub’s aggregator account. Aarogya Seva’s registered address is:
